The State Savings Bank of Ukraine (Oschadbank) offers a new service. From mid-January, it will be possible to conclude a gas supply agreement with Naftogaz of Ukraine in the branches of this company and thus change the current gas supplier. The bank will also announce the service launch date.
According to the press service of Oschadbank, the state gas supplier offers favorable prices that will contribute to significant savings on natural gas for customers. Thus, in January, the gas price from Naftogaz Ukrainy under the Monthly service plan is 0.26 $ /cub. m with VAT without the cost of distribution (delivery). “This offer is one of the lowest on the market and allows you to save up to 40% on gas supply,” – said in a statement.
To change, you need to visit one of the branches of the Savings Bank with a passport, a value added tax identification number (VATIN), land patent, as well as an Energy Identification Code (EIC) – a 16-digit personal number of the object of the gas consumption metering. According to the statement, employees of Oschadbank in branch will help to issue the application for accession. After processing the application, Naftogaz of Ukraine will inform the new client on the successful transition and further instructions. The change service of gas supply company will be available in the branches of Oschadbank in all regions of Ukraine, and later in mobile app Oschad 24/7.
After concluding a gas supply agreement, the transition to a new supplier takes place automatically. You do not need to notify the previous gas company about the change. Once the transition is complete, the customer will receive payments for the consumed gas from the new supplier. It is not necessary to replace the pipes in case of a change of supplier: the gas will be delivered by the same pipe and using the same equipment. Gas supply of the consumer during or after the change of company is not interrupted.
Naftogaz of Ukraine provide connection of gas supply customers in two ways: online (you can apply on the website of gas.ua) and offline (via partner networks).
