Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Herashchenko said that on March 27, Andriy Kryshchenko, deputy chief of National Police of Ukraine, chief of Kyiv police was diagnosised with COVID-19.
According to Anton Herashchenko on his Facebook page, in general, today three cops and one officer confirmed a positive diagnosis for coronavirus.
Kryshchenko’s state of health is satisfactoryT, he continues to perform his duties remotely.
The police established a circle of people who had contact with Krishchenko during the incubation period. All of them are informed and are on self-isolation.The premises of capital’s headquarters, as Herashchenko assured, are properly disinfected.
The head of metropolitan police and his family members were not abroad past month.
Herashchenko noted that Kryshchenko defended Ukraine in Horlivka
and survived after being tortured by pro-Russian terrorists.
