Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation reported on the access of citizens to online services. Launched the Diya mobile application, the eMalyatko integrated service, the developer’s electronic office, the electronic services transport portal, the Trembita system for public services and the SMART ID pilot project.
Mobile application “Diya”
The most anticipated innovation in which driver’s licenses and a certificate of registration of a vehicle are already available. In March, a student card, a biometric passport and an ID card will also be available in test mode at Diya. While the Ministry of Digital Communications is waiting for the second million users of Diya, its developers are working on new services in the driver’s electronic office.
In driver’s office already available:
Verification of driver’s licenses in the registry; verification of vehicle certificate; replacement of a driver’s license; recording in electronic queue to service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; obtaining full information about administrative violations and paying fines for them; obtaining information about the participation of the vehicle in traffic accidents, receiving free and paid extracts from the Unified State Register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs using the vehicle’s VIN code and more.
Complex service “eMalyatko”
The service is implemented for future parents and provided in test mode in Kyiv, Kharkov, Lutsk, Krivoy Rog and Vinnitsa. In the future, the service will be available to everyone on the Diya portal. As the press office of the Ministry of Digital Transformation promises on its website, due to E-Malyatko, parents of newborns will be able to pay more attention to their children instead of running around bureaucratic institutions.
Developer’s electronic office
Ministry of digital tranformation said this “a real nightmare of corrupt officials.”Through the office, citizens can receive 9 online services in the construction sector, which cover 85% of all construction in Ukraine.Now these services are provided without the participation of officials and, They assure the government that they have reduced to 0% the number of refusals to paper requests for services.
Transport portal of electronic services
The launch of the portal allowed citizens to carry out online filing and payment of applications, quick verification of documents, significantly speed up the procedure. The paperwork has decreased and the amount of time spent on obtaining transport services, the corruption component of the service has decreased.
“Trembita” system
One of the important achievements of the Ministry of digital transformation calls the introduction of the “Trembita” system into commercial operation, which allows information resources of state bodies to safely exchange electronic messages with each other. with the help of “Trembita” it became possible to introduce convenient electronic services.
SMART ID Pilot Project
The Ministry of Digital Affairs is working on a pilot project SMART ID, which allows you to get an electronic signature in less than a minute. Part of the electronic signature key will be stored in the cloud, the other on the smartphone by “Diya” App.
Recall that the government has connected all the main state bodies to the check.gov.ua service, simplifying the payment for state services. and also Ukraine launches “Diya” for train passengers.
