As known, a “Second Passport” International Center for Immigration Consulting, which I created in the USA, successfully cooperates with partner offices in the countries of the former Soviet Union on the condition of concluding a franchise agreement. At the beginning of 2020, thirty-five such offices were opened in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The plans of the company “Second Passport” is expected to continue business expansion. In 2020, we set ourselves the ambitious task of reaching the mark of 100 representative offices working on the basis of franchising in the previously developed territorial space, as well as in the Caucasus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan. In Ukraine, a “Second Passport” plans to interest partners from the Western regions, Odessa region, and the central part of the country for work.

In addition, studying the experience of major international companies, such as McDonald’s, I decided to expand and strengthen my business by opening general offices in countries where the “Second Passport” brand is already known. McDonald’s also started with franchising, but at the same time, today, it has a lot of general enterprises around the world.

The theme of immigration and migration, in the modern world, is becoming increasingly important every year. And this is not only about changing the permanent residence for the clients of the “Second Passport”, but also about the possibility of obtaining education in other countries, contract employment, treatment, tourism in the end. My task, as well as the company I head, is to provide quality service in these matters and I am ready to share my experience with my future partners and colleagues.

For several years I worked on studying the topic of the functioning of general missions and developed a business plan with financiers, according to which my future partners, managers, will be able to recoup their investments in the first 22 months associated with covering startup-costs “daughters” of the “Second Passport”. Of course, success will be ensured subject to the right approach to doing business, it’s transparency and the strengthening of trusting relationships with colleagues from the main New York office. For us, reputation is a fundamental factor on the basis of which a “Second Passport” corporate culture is formed. In addition, its component is an accepted leadership system. Leaders are always welcome in our team.

Of course, for my part, I guarantee training in the technology of the company, my personal mentoring, constant information and consultation support, regular closed live webinars, as well as the opportunity to have practical training at the company’s central office in New-York.

In addition, heads of general missions will receive priority in receiving applications from a central office in the region where they operate, access to a corporate CRM system that allows you to track all customers, a corporate brand book for office design, office advertising on our official website and general office advertising on all Internet resources of a “Second Passport”. Potential managers will be able to acquire a 50% stake in the company’s representative office. In addition, the general representative office is a status office of the company, which not only provides services to customers, but also has the opportunity to attract new franchisees, showing them the work of the office by example. We are talking about additional earnings and strengthening the business for the heads of general missions. Our company cooperates with colleagues in 70 developed countries of the world, and these are dozens of experienced lawyers and immigration consultants.
