The regular meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TAG) on the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas was held in Minsk, attended by the head of the office Ukrainian President Andriy Yermak and the deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak.
As a result of the meeting, parties reached an agreement on the exchange of prisoners. The politicians planned to submit to the TCG as soon as possible a list of persons subject to mutual release.
They also decided to submit to theTCG finally lists of persons subject to the mutual exemption procedure, including the verification results carried out by the International Committee of the Red Cross, with unconditional and unhindered access of the ICRC representatives to certain individuals in Ukraine and the ORLD.
According to the President’s office on Telegram channel, the parties also discussed issues of the separation of forces and assets, the simultaneous opening the checkpoints in Zolote and Schastia settlements
It is also planned to introduce an advisory council as part of TCG political subgroup, the decision on its creation will be taken after consultations with representatives of the OSCE, France and Germany on the implementation of the agreements reached during Normandy Format summit.
