The popular Ukrainian athlete Nataliya Pryshchepa was accused of doping. This was reported by the Athletics Integrity Unit of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
The 25-year-old athlete specializes in middle-distance running. Nataliya Pryshchepa – two-time champion of Europe at 800 meters (2016, 2018), as well as the champion of the European Games in team competitions (2019).
According to WADA, a prohibited drug, hydrochlorothiazide, was found in the Ukrainian athlete’s body. Expected disqualifications will be reckoned from February 23, 2020.
